What data we collect
We only collect data you provide directly or that’s generated by your use of the site.
Quote request data
When you request a quote: your name, phone number, email address (optional), postcode, property type, number of rooms, and preferred callback time.
Finance interest data
If you register interest in our finance options: your email address only.
Usage data
Standard analytics data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location (country/region level). Collected via cookies — see our cookie policy for details.
Where you submit an enquiry including a full address, we collect your address for the purpose of installer matching and coverage verification. Your full address is shared with your assigned installer only.
How we use your data
- To match you with a vetted local installer and pass your contact details to them so they can respond to your quote request
- To send you a summary of your estimate by email, where provided
- To notify you when finance options launch, where you have registered interest
- To follow up on your quote request if we haven’t heard back from you within 48 hours
- To improve our service, pricing estimates, and installer matching through aggregated, anonymised analytics
- Where your postcode falls outside our current service area, we retain your contact details to notify you when we expand to your area. We do not pass your details to any third party in this case — your data is held by Temlo only until we are able to service your area, or until you ask us to delete it.
Who we share your data with
We share your data only with the parties necessary to fulfil your quote request.
Vetted installers
Your name, phone number, postcode, and job details are shared with one vetted local installer only. We do not share your data with multiple installers simultaneously or sell leads to third-party aggregators.
HubSpot (CRM)
We use HubSpot to manage quote requests and customer communications. HubSpot processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement compliant with UK GDPR.
Analytics providers
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. These receive anonymised or pseudonymised usage data only — never your name, phone number, or contact details.
We never sell your personal data. We never share it with advertisers. We never pass it to more than one installer per request.

Quote request data: 24 months from submission
Finance waitlist email: Until you unsubscribe
Analytics data: 26 months (anonymised)
Non-covered area lead: Until we launch in your area, or 24 months, whichever is sooner
Your rights
