Site visit and fixed quote
Your installer visits to assess the property — wall construction, cable runs, outdoor unit placement. They provide a written fixed quote before any work begins. What they quote is what you pay.
Most site visits take 30–45 minutes. The written quote follows within 24 hours. Nothing proceeds without your explicit sign-off.
Installation day
Your installer arrives, fits the system, and commissions it before they leave. Your home is left clean and tidy. The system is tested and ready to use the same day.
Single room installs typically take 4–6 hours. Multi-room systems one full day. You'll receive an F-Gas certificate and manufacturer warranty documentation after completion.

Clean and tidy working
All drilling, pipework, and cable runs are managed tidily. Dust sheets used throughout. Your home is left as they found it.
System commissioning
Before leaving, the engineer fully commissions the system, tests all functions, and walks you through how to use it.
Documentation
F-Gas certificate, manufacturer warranty, and a Temlo completion confirmation — all sent to your email the same day.
