What Temlo does
Temlo Ltd operates temlohome.com as a lead generation platform. We connect homeowners with vetted, independent air conditioning installers. We are not an installation company. We do not carry out installation work ourselves.
The price estimates shown on this site are indicative only. Your installer provides a fixed written quote after a site visit. The contract for installation work is between you and your installer — not between you and Temlo.
Our estimate
- Price estimates shown on temlohome.com are indicative ranges based on typical installations. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of price.
- Actual installation costs depend on factors specific to your property — including wall construction, pipe run distances, and outdoor unit placement — which can only be assessed during a site visit.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep our estimates accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee they reflect current market pricing at all times.
Our installers
Every installer on the Temlo network is independently vetted before onboarding. We check certifications, insurance, and review history. However, Temlo Ltd is not a party to the installation contract and accepts no liability for the work carried out by independent installers.
If you have a complaint about an installation, contact your installer in the first instance. If you are unable to resolve it, contact us at hello@temlohome.com and we will assist where we can.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate information when submitting a quote request. Inaccurate information may result in an estimate that doesn’t reflect your actual installation cost.
- Only submit a quote request if you are the property owner or have the owner’s permission to arrange installation work.
- Not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temlo Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, the accuracy of our estimates, or the work carried out by independent installers.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Intellectual property
All content on temlohome.com — including text, design, graphics, and the Temlo brand — is owned by or licensed to Temlo Home Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from your use of temlohome.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
